USA Rugby has released rules for playing 'Midi' rugby, which is U13 tackle.

Refereeing: 2010 Game Management Guidelines
USA Rugby has released the Game Management Guidelines for application of the Laws in this Springs competitions.
The focus is games leading to National Championships, but all referees are encouraged to apply these at all levels.
The guidelines are available here on our site, or on the RRSNY or USA referees facebook page, or on usarugby.org

Referee Grading Manual is available for browsing.
This is not just for the assessor, but useful for the referee looking to move up, as the criteria for both your grade and the grade above will provide characteristics to work on.

Refereeing: 2010 Match Reimbursement Form
Folks, Brad has updated the match reimbursement form for 2010.
You will not need this form for club matches.
Many schools have their own form that you will need to fill out to get reimbursed.
However, please bring a copy of this form to any HS or College matches you do, just in case they do not have their form on site.

Refereeing: Scheduling and Availability
The Master Schedule for Spring 2010 has been published. (Click 'Master Schedule' under the Assignments menu.
- Teams: Check your team's schedule and make sure we have the right date/time for all matches.
- Tournament directors - make sure your event is on the right date.
- Referees Make sure your availability is up to date.
