Laws and Guidelines: 2012 Club Application, Invoice, and Schedule Submit Forms
Member Club Application:
New for 2012, all clubs requesting referee services from RRSNY must complete the Member Club Application. This document includes all of the rules of working with RRSNY.
Member Club Application
Dues:
Dues for 2012 are $175 per competitive side. B sides do not count unless competing in a separate division.

Payment accepted via check with the above invoice or via PayPal
Schedules:
Schedules must be submitted with this form by February 15th:

Refereeing: Referee Match Evaluation
Club coaches and players, please use our online Referee Match Evaluation form to provide feedback on how the referee of your match performed. The information goes to our coaching and development committee and helps the referee develop their game. Please enter your information within a few days of your match so its most useful.
