Level 1 Referee clinic, 6/14/09, hosted by morris rugby
- Location: somewhere in the Morristown region – exact location TBC.
- Hosts: Morris Rugby
- Time: 9:00 - 5
- Fees: $50 (USAR has just raised the course fee) All other expenses including
lunch covered by the RRSNY.
- Requirements: rugby experience recommended, but not required. Current USA CIPP
required for certification.

Laws and Guidelines: USA Rugby 2009 Community Game Management Guide
USA Rugby Referees’ management has established guidelines to
refereeing at all levels in USA Rugby. These guidelines enable players
and referees to have a clearer approach to the game, to enable
consistency in Law application throughout the country.
This document is useful for referees, players and coaches.

To All Clubs,
The 2009 RRSNY dues invoice is available here.
Please return via mail/email to Paul McMenemy, RRSNY treasurer.
Please send a check, or submit payment via PayPal button below, before March 15th, so as not to risk having referees withheld.
